The software lets you search through an online telephone directory and call everyone on the search result using your computer and a voice modem or internet phone. You can also import your own lists in CSV format.

The software recognizes Canadian local and long distance numbers and can be configured to dial either or both. It tracks the calls so you get full and very detailed reports of the times that you or your agents actually spent talking on the phone. · Simple hardware
All you need is a voice modem and headset which you can buy from any computer store and install. Your computer may even have a voice modem already in which case all you need to get is a headset.

You get access to a Canada-wide business and residential telephone listings at no extra cost. You can use our database or get more targeted listings from our partners. What's more, when you come across a bad number in our database during your calls, it is automatically reported to our system so that the more people are using our database, the more accurate our database becomes.

When one of your agents gets a "do not call" request, the request is propagated through our servers to all your other agents wherever in the world they may be.

Every aspect of a call is tracked so that you can get full and very detailed reports of the times your agents actually spent talking on the phone.

· Extreme security
The database for your campaign/project is protected with a password which you choose when you create the project. This password is used to encrypt the database so that no one - not even our technicians - can access the database without your authorization.
